Recruiter/Account Manager
Grant Associates is a Manhattan-based staffing and training company with offices in four New York City boroughs, Atlanta and Philadelphia. We are looking for new staff that will support our reputation and track record for delivering the best performance in the cities where we operate. We are currently seeking a Recruiter with staffing agency experience to join our team of professionals in our Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan & Bronx locations.
On an ongoing basis, the Recruiter/Account Manager generates new business by providing free recruitment services to various organizations with vacancies. The Recruiter/Account Manager will develop a portfolio of accounts with recurring, high-volume recruitment needs. The Recruiter/Account Manager is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates to the employer’s exact specifications. Ours is a fast-paced, performance-based environment. The Recruiters/Account Managers are expected to meet monthly placement goals.
Responsibilities:
• Provide placement services to various companies by marketing free staffing and training opportunities to employers in key industries to secure new accounts and job openings
• Source a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill positions that are generated, screen them according to the job requirements, refer them to interviews, and follow-up with the employer to close on the placement
• Advise candidates on how to prepare for interviews
• Expand relationships with existing business customers and cross-sell additional services that would benefit them
• Network with businesses, trade associations and other groups to develop new employer relationships
• Meet monthly placement targets and report on results
• Respond promptly and professionally to business customers’ phone calls and emails
Required Qualifications:
• 2 to 5 years Staffing Agency experience required with Business to Business experience. Exceptional sales skills with a demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals and deliver results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• BA or BS degree
• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven business setting and consistently meet goals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM applications and online sourcing tools preferred
• Bilingual candidates welcomed
Salary plus monthly bonus based on performance plus full benefits package.
