I am not a pro by any means, but am a certified teaching instructor with a handicap of 8 and typically shoot in the High 70’s.
So, I guess you can call me a semi-pro as I have other students I teach as well.
If you do not possess the skills, discipline or have the following bad habits listed below
I can definitely make you a better & more consistent player prior to my lessons.
* Fast, irregular or bad tempo swing.
* Irregular body movements up, down or sideways prior or after swing.
* Inproper grip, hip, shoulder positioning & balance.
* Take back swing & follow through.
* Hooking, slicing, topping or dubbing the ball constantly.
* I’m sure there are other variations, but have listed the major and typical faults one produces when displaying bad habits.
You will need to “WANT” to be a better player to succeed. And as the saying goes “PRACTICE DOES MAKE PERFECT”. 🙂
I also provide real time play at the golf course for tips and guidance for the
Intermediate or advanced players wanting to improve their game on the golf course.
Rate is $90 flat for outings with fees and carts included. Please keep in mind a typical outing will be 3-4 hours depending on congestion.
Lessons will be conducted at SpringRock Golf Range located in New Hyde Park Exit 34 off the L.I.E.

OR Randalls Island Golf Range.
Since this is not my regular teaching location student must accommodate $5 toll.
Don’t pay I repeat DO NOT pay more than $120-150 per/hr. for a pro as I can teach you just as well especially to get your hands wet if a beginner.
Or improve your scoring game and consistency if an intermediate player.
MY RATES are as follows:
* $45 p/hr per person minimum 2 hour per session.
OR $135 for 2 persons for 2 hours combined per session.
OR $50 p/hour per session.
* $80 p/2 hour session
OR
From prior and present experience I would deeply encourage 2 hours for beginners to fully comprehend swing basics.
* I also conduct chipping, sand trap and putting techniques.
So, for those wanting to improve on this area as well.
The 2 hour minimum session can be broken up to your preference.
Especially for intermediate to advanced players.
